By using speedaddictsociety.com and ordering from Speed Addict Society (operated by Sportster ACS Co., Ltd.), you agree to the following terms.
Ordering
- An order is complete once we confirm it and receive payment (or confirm COD).
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will refund any payment already made in full.
Pricing & Availability
- Prices and stock may change without notice, as products are imported and subject to exchange rates and import cycles.
- If there is an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may confirm the correct price or cancel.
- Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- PromptPay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas and items
For transfer/PromptPay, please attach proof of payment so we can confirm your order quickly.
Fitment Responsibility
Many aftermarket parts are model/year specific. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct model and year and to check fitment with our team before ordering. We are not responsible where a customer provides incorrect vehicle details or orders without confirming fitment with us first (see our Returns Policy for conditions).
Installation & Use
Parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic. Users must follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable traffic/vehicle regulations. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product you paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, or damage to vehicles arising from improper installation or use of our products.
Intellectual Property
Content, logos, images, and design on this site belong to Speed Addict Society / Sportster ACS Co., Ltd. or the respective brand owners and may not be reused without permission. "Harley-Davidson" and other brand trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are an independent aftermarket parts retailer and are not an official representative of Harley-Davidson.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
